This film was such a success that a remake was produced in 2006. The Hills Have Eyes is a 1977 American exploitation-horror film directed by Wesley Craven and starring Susan Lanier, Micheal Berrynman and Dee Wallace. It it about a family on a road trip, stranded in the Nevada Desert. The film was released in cinemas on 22nd of July 1977, and has since become a cult classic.
